The Time Capture solution captures the time spent by People and Equipment resources at the site of occurrence by Foreman/Supervisors on the mobile devices.
At the beginning of a day/shift, the work orders, projects relevant for the Foreman/Supervisor is downloaded from the back-end system on to the mobile devices. The Foreman can assign his/her owned resources to the planned activities, add other’s resources if required. At the end of the shift the Foreman can capture the hours spent by each resources and allocate them to corresponding work orders, projects along with details of actual work completed. This information is synched with the back-end system for relevant processes like payroll, cost, billing and work order/project reports.
The solution is developed using SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) and integrated with SAP ERP and can be used for non-SAP ERP.
